Loop Paint To Present Saturday Action
THOROLD, ONTARIO (April 27, 2026) … The 2026 season opener at Merrittville Speedway presented by Loop Paint will be taking place this coming Saturday, May 2 at “Canada’s Oldest Dirt Track”. The full card of Bobcat of Hamilton Weekly Racing Series will feature the first home track event of the year for the Duel on the Dirt for both the Hoosier Stocks and the Allstar Concrete 4 Cylinders.
The Commercial Auto Electric 358 Modifieds, Semenuk’s ESSO/Baron Roofing DIRTcar Sportsman, and the RONA/Doidge Building Centre Mod Lites will fill out the racing card.
Pit gates will swing open at 5:00pm, with grandstands opening at 5:30pm, with racing beginning at 7pm.
