Niagara Trailers to Present Saturday Night Racing at Merrittville
THOROLD, ONTARIO (August 5, 2025) … Fresh off the long Civic Holiday triple-header weekend, Merrittville Speedway wastes no time getting back to Saturday night racing action as Niagara Trailers will present the August 9thracing program at “Canada’s Oldest Dirt Track”.
A full Bobcat of Hamilton Weekly Racing Series program of the Commercial Auto Electric 358 Modifieds, Baron Roofing/Semenuk’s ESSO DIRTcar Sportsman, Hoosier Stocks, RONA/Doidge Building Centre Mod Lites, and the Allstar Concrete 4 Cylinders will be presented.
Joining the racing card will be the third appearance of the season by the Niagara Regional Vintage Racing Series (NRVRS) Vintage Cars plus the second school bus race of the year.
Pit gates will open at 5pm, with grandstands opening at 5:30pm, and racing will begin at 7pm. Fans can avoid the lines at the ticket booth on opening day, by purchasing your advance tickets online.
Niagara Trailers is located in St. Davids, between St. Catharines and Niagara Falls, Ontario.
