Merrittville Speedway presents Lococo's Spring Sizzler
THOROLD, ONTARIO (April 21, 2025) … Merrittville Speedway will sizzle into action this coming Saturday night as Lococo’s presents the 2025 Spring Sizzler, featuring the Southern Ontario Sprints, plus 358 Modifieds, Hoosier Stocks, Mod Lites, and 4 Cylinders.
Last Saturday night’s feature winners Mike Bowman (Commercial Auto Electric 358 Modifieds), Jason Fontaine (Hoosier Stocks), Tyler Winger (RONA/Doidge Mod Lites), and Rob Goulding (Allstar Concrete 4 Cylinders) are all looking to start the season with back-to-back victories.
The visit from the Southern Ontario Sprints will make the first of three scheduled visits by “The Winged Warriors” in 2025 at Merrittville. In 2024, Dylan Westbrook, Cory Turner, and Shone Evans all found victory lane. Westbrook is the defending winner of the Spring Sizzler.
Pit gates will open at 4pm, with grandstands opening at 5:30pm, and racing will begin at 7pm. Fans can avoid the lines at the ticket booth on opening day, by purchasing your advance tickets online at https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/spring-sizzler-2025-tickets-1257561804209
