Racing Back at Merrittville This Weekend with Another Double Header
THOROLD, ONTARIO (July 18, 2023) … Merrittville Speedway will be back in action this coming weekend with two days of thrills and spills for the entire family. Saturday will feature a full Bobcat of Hamilton Weekly Racing Series program presented by Fastek Power Tools and Fasteners, while Sunday’s Wreckfest Jr program will be a fan favorite.
On Saturday, Fastek Power Tools and Fasteners presents the Corr/Pak Merchandising 358 Modifieds, Right Choice Auto & Leisure Sportsman, Hoosier Stocks RONA/Doidge Building Centre Mod Lites, and the Vansickle Pet Valu/PV on the Lane 4 Cylinders. Saturday will also feature the Retro Race Memorabilia Contest during intermission.
Pit gates will open at 5pm, with grandstands opening at 5:30pm, and racing will begin at 7:00pm on Saturday night.

Sunday July 23, RONA/Doidge Building Centre presents Wreckfest Jr, featuring the 72-lap Enduro accelerated by 97.7 HTZ FM Also on the card will be ProRider FMX, School Bus Racing, and a Gut & Go Demolition Derby. Pits will open at 9am, with grandstands opening at 11:30am. The show will begin at 1:00pm.
