Merrittville
Speedway
is located conveniently between St. Catharines,
Niagara Falls and Welland on Merrittville Highway -
in Thorold, Ontario. If you are planning on coming to
Merrittville for the first time this season - we're
easy to find from just about anywhere.
....From
the Hamilton or Toronto area - Follow the
Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) south to Niagara - just
before St. Catharines exit at Hwy. 406 south (exit
#49) to Welland/Port Colborne - after approximately
20 kms south on Hwy. 406 - turn right at Hwy. 20 -
a stoplight intersection - turn right at next stoplight
onto Merrittville Highway - travel 1 km - Speedway
and free parking on left hand side.
....From
Buffalo, Fort Erie and South Niagara areas
- after crossing at Peace Bridge take Queen Elizabeth
Way (QEW) north to Niagara Falls - take Thorold Stone
Road WEST exit - come to the lights and turn left
onto Thorold Stone Road - proceed through two stoplights
and under Welland Canal via tunnel - proceed taking
Hwy. 406 south exit to Welland - continue until you
reach Highway 20 - a stoplight intersection and turn
right - turn right at next stoplight intersection
onto Merrittville Highway - travel 1 kilometer - Speedway
and free parking on left hand side.
....From Niagara Falls
- Lundy's Lane turns into Highway 20 - travel west
on Hwy. 20 - go over canal - proceed to stoplight
intersection of Hwy. 20 & Merrittville Highway
(Tim Horton's on left), turn right, speedway and free
parking on left hand side one km. down the road.
