the 2006 Spring Series Points Race in the Philbrick Farm & Garden Equipment Senior Division
with his first Burris Tire Feature Win of the season July 11th at Merrittville Speedway.
Ron Spatorico won the Senior Division Spring Series Title
Merrittville Speedway Kart Club Officials would like to apologize to all of
it’s Senior Karters for the misunderstanding with the Animal Engine. Win points were awarded to
runner-up Ron Spatorico as well as D’Ambrosio and all other positions were moved up one spot in
the standings.
The Animal Engine will not be permitted in competition until further notice.
The Drummond Home Hardware Novice Division ran their first Feature Events of
the year with second generation drivers Jesse Cassell and Travis Majeury winning their
respective events.
In other Original Pizza Log Divisional Action, Ben Werth won his fifth RCM
Racing Equipment Junior 1 Feature to claim the Spring Series Title.
Colin Spatorico – 3 time Junior 1 Overall Junior 1 Champion has fit right
into the Ed MacPherson Construction Junior 2 division; earning his 4th feature of the season
and the Spring Series Title in his rookie campaign.
Brandon Brown made a late race move to win his second KC Auto Parts Superior
PetroFuels Junior Restricted Heavy Feature of the year. With the Victory, Brown jumped from 4th
spot to earn the Spring Series Point Title.
The Summer Series Points begin Tuesday July 18th. Gates open at 5:00 and
