Thorold, Ontario … Tim Fidanza made his first 2006 Philbrick Farm & Garden Equipment Senior Division start count in winning the 20 lap event August 1st at Merrittville Speedway. 

Other first time Summer Series Burris Tire Feature Winners included Matthew Veihdeffer, Matthew Barker, and Collin Smith in the Drummond Home Hardware Novice Division, Ed MacPherson Construction Junior 2 and KC Auto Parts/ Superior PetroFuels Junior Restricted Heavy Divisions respectively.  

In other Original Pizza Logs Divisional action, Brad Webber won his second Drummond home Hardware Novice Feature while Ben Werth made it three straight in the RCM Racing Equipment Junior 1 Division.
