(April 24) – With Merrittville Speedway’s Baron
Roofing Windows and Doors Spring Sizzler 100 –
Saturday April 26th – now 2 days away – Platinum Grafx
is putting the final touches to the 2008 Pace Vehicle
courtesy of David Chevrolet Corvette.
“It’s going to be a
real looker,” relates (Merrittville GM) Erica
Bicknell, “we’re excited that it’s first duty will be
the Baron Roofing Spring Sizzler 100 … and we’re
anxiously awaiting it’s unveiling as Platinum Grafx
has been given free reign!.”

358 Modified Super
DIRTcar Series News – Merrittville Speedway has
learned that up and coming young driver Larry Wight
has hopes of keeping up his early season pace and will
be in attendance for the Series Opener.
Earlier this season,
the Gypsum Racing driver won the $5,000 Sportsmen
Super DIRTcar Series Opener at the Black Rock Speedway
and would very much like to have the same result at
Merrittville when the 358 version opens.

The
star studded 358 Modified Super DIRTcar Series Stars
are set to challenge our home town heroes in the
Spring Sizzler 100 Super DIRTcar Series presented by

Sportsman and a 25 lap Street Stock Open Event
