It was a mother-daughter combo in the
scoring tower Saturday night. Janis, husband of Eric Tomas, the Voice
of Merrittville and host of Raceline Radio which has country-wide
coverage with 20 affiliate stations now on board, and fledgling scorer
Katelyn, who moved up from lap counter, check speeding cars. For
Janis, who grew up at the M-ville when her father Kurt Uhl owned the
speedway, it was the first time scoring since 1987. |
